100-Day Return Policy
- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to make a return.
- Within 14 days: You’ll receive a full cash refund.
- From the 15th to the 30th day: You’ll receive a store voucher equal to the value of the returned product.
- All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For products subject to excise tax, we cannot accept returns if the tax seals have been broken.
- Used products or those with a short expiration date are not eligible for return after 14 days.
These conditions apply to retail customers only.
